This operation begins with inputting the design into our cutting program, carefully managed by our technical office. The latter considers numerous aspects, including the layout of the material on the cutting table and the availability of sheets. If necessary, the office can order new supplies to ensure continuity of work. Our cutting table, measuring 6000 mm x 2500 mm, provides ample space to handle projects of various sizes. Furthermore, all cut materials are accompanied by 3.1 certificates to ensure compliance with current regulations, which are provided upon delivery of the final order. SHEAR CUTTING

The carousel shear for cutting steel beams is a fundamental element in our production process. This machine, equipped with a roller table and a high-precision steel blade, allows us to cut steel beams of various lengths with extreme accuracy.

We have two shears that enable us to work with a wide range of sizes for beams, tubes, and pipes. The first shear can cut pieces up to 22 mm wide, while the second can handle larger beams, up to 55 mm.
