ASSEMBLY AND WELDING IN MANERBIO, PROVINCE OF BRESCIA

We have a dedicated section of the workshop for assembly and welding, overseen by one of the two owners who holds a welding coordinator certificate. They meticulously monitor the state of the work, ensuring that each assembled component meets the highest standards of quality and durability required in our industry. Furthermore, the welding coordinator is responsible for enforcing the strict safety regulations in place within our company. This includes supervising the correct use of welding equipment and verifying that our staff adheres to safety procedures. TIG, MIG, AND MAG WELDING

To assist our operators during their work, we have three pillar cranes, each with a capacity of 1 tonne, and one overhead crane with a capacity of 10 tonnes. These heavy lifting devices provide essential support in moving large materials, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the production process.

Our carpenters work on four separate carpentry levels, ranging in length from 5 to 10 metres each. This division of our workspace allows us to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate in a more organised and efficient manner.

In addition, we utilise TIG and electrode welding techniques, along with MIG and MAG wire. These advanced welding methods enable us to achieve precise and durable welds, particularly beneficial in the processing of stainless steel and other metals, contributing to the durability and quality of our products.
