STRUCTURE ASSEMBLY
Our team consists of experienced assemblers, and we have dedicated a large space in our workshop for assembling structures that can reach a length of 15 metres and a width of approximately 5 metres.
We have an immediately available warehouse stocked with fasteners for any requirement.
To enhance precision and facilitate excellent completion of the work, we use a 10-ton overhead crane located in the assembly area, which allows us to lift heavy materials.
Throughout our history, we have completed the assembly of roller conveyors for material transport, stainless steel installations with piping and torches, industrial structures, and frameworks.
ON-SITE ASSEMBLIES
Carpenteria Impianto Srl offers a complete and customised service, which includes, upon request, the assembly and installation of metal structures at the client’s site. Each phase of this process is carried out meticulously following the guidelines provided by the client regarding design and safety. It begins with a careful analysis of the drawings and assembly plans, which allows us to understand the technical specifications and proceed with precision in assembling the structures. Throughout the entire operation, accident prevention is an absolute priority: our operators are equipped with suitable personal protective equipment, including helmets, earplugs, and more, in accordance with current health and safety regulations. Furthermore, our company strictly adheres to all regulations regarding the documentation required for carrying out work on-site. We handle the preparation of the P.O.S., submission of the Chamber of Commerce registration, and management of the procedures related to medical examinations and safety training for our employees. In this way, we ensure maximum peace of mind for our clients, confident that every aspect of the project is managed in compliance with regulations and with particular attention to quality and safety.
